Returns

It’s ok to change your mind.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We can refund or exchange any full price item within 14 days of receipt.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless they were damaged, faulty or in any way incorrect. Returns should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange any stamps damaged in transit to us, including folds, tears, and creases. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when returning goods to us.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns are usually processed within 14 days of receipt through your original method of payment.

Gift cards and downloadable products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items

Sale items can be exchanged for a credit.
